1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using financialfreeformula.com (the “Site”), our free course(s), application pages, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Who We Are

Financial Freedom Formula is operated by Bulldog Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“FFF,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We provide educational content (DIY) and professional services (DFY) that relate to credit profile readiness, funding strategy, and application support. We are not a lender, bank, law firm, CPA firm, or investment advisor.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18+ and legally able to form contracts.
  • Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials and all activity under your account(s).

4) Program Types

  • DIY (Free Course): Education only. You implement at your own pace and risk.
  • DFY (Done-For-You): A paid service engagement that follows a separate written Client Service Agreement (“CSA”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and the CSA you sign, the CSA controls for the DFY scope, fees, and procedures.

5) Payments & Fees

Any fees for DFY services are governed by your signed CSA (for example, minimum success fee as a percentage of total approved funding and timing of payment). By using a payment method, you authorize us and our processors to charge that method for all agreed fees, taxes, and any late fees per the CSA.

6) No Guarantees; User Responsibilities

  • We do not guarantee any specific approvals, amounts, interest rates, timing, or lender outcomes.
  • You are solely responsible for your use of any credit or funding, including repayment decisions, compliance, and tax impacts.
  • You agree not to apply for new credit or financing during a DFY engagement unless coordinated with our team (to protect your profile and sequencing), as detailed in the CSA.

7) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating any law; infringing IP rights; attempting to gain unauthorized access; scraping or reverse engineering the Site; or using the Services to defraud lenders or third parties.

8) Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, SOPs, strategies, and tools we provide are owned by Bulldog Ventures LLC and protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for your limited, personal use to evaluate or receive Services.

9) Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

10) Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bulldog Ventures LLC, its managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or the CSA, or your dealings with third-party lenders or vendors.

13) Third-Party Services

We may link to or use third-party sites or tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics, DocuSign, scheduling). Those providers are responsible for their own practices and terms.

14) Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for suspected misuse, nonpayment, or material breach of these Terms or the CSA. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) will survive termination.

15) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, administered by the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own fees unless the arbitrator awards costs to the prevailing party.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
